Simply upload your 3D CAD files and technical drawings through our quote form — or send them directly to [email protected]. You’ll receive a fast, detailed quote—usually within 2 hours.
No MOQ. We support single-piece prototypes as well as large-scale production runs.
We do not offer product design services. However, our engineering team provides proposed revisions to help ensure that your part geometry is compatible with our CNC machining process.
We accept most major 3D file formats, including STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), STL (.stl), DWG, DXF, and others. If you have a different file type, contact us for assistance.
We work with customers across diverse industries, including aerospace, automotive, robotics, electronics, medical devices, consumer products, and industrial equipment.
Yes, we can work with customer-supplied materials in certain cases. Please contact us to confirm compatibility and delivery requirements before placing your order.
All parts are produced in-house at our facilities. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and fast turnaround times, whether you’re located locally or overseas.
Yes, we serve customers worldwide. BOYI TECHNOLOGY works with trusted logistics partners—including DHL, UPS, and FedEx—to ensure your machined parts are delivered safely, quickly, and with full tracking support.
Standard lead times range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on part complexity, quantity, and material availability. Expedited options are available upon request.
We offer a wide selection of engineering-grade metals (aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, titanium, Inconel) and plastics (ABS, POM, nylon, PTFE, polycarbonate, etc.). If you need a material not listed, we’re happy to source or machine from customer-supplied stock. See a full materials list.
Yes. While we support single-part prototyping, we also handle batch production, including repeat orders and volume pricing.
We can machine parts ranging from micro-precision components as small as 1 mm × 1 mm to large-format parts, depending on geometry and process.
For detailed specifications and design considerations, please refer to our milling design guide and turning design guide, or contact us with your drawings for personalized support.
Pricing depends on material, complexity, quantity, and required lead time. There are no upfront tooling or NRE (non-recurring engineering) costs, making it affordable to order even single units. For an accurate price, just upload your CAD model—we typically reply with a quote within 2 hours.
Yes, we offer a wide range of post-processing services, including anodizing, powder coating, polishing, sandblasting, and heat treatment. Let us know your surface requirements during the quoting process. See a full surface finishing here.
CNC machining is ideal for functional prototypes, mechanical parts, and short-run production. If your project requires organic shapes or rapid concept models, 3D printing may be more suitable.
CNC machining is ideal for prototyping, low-volume runs, and parts that require tight tolerances or fast turnaround. It’s also a cost-effective option for custom fixtures or tools without the upfront tooling investment required for injection molding.
We operate more than 80 CNC machines, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers to handle complex and high-precision parts. In addition, BOYI is equipped with over 10 advanced precision inspection systems, ensuring every part meets high-quality standards through rigorous quality assurance.
We provide one-stop CNC machining services, including CNC milling, CNC turning, 5-axis machining, surface finishing, and prototyping services. We handle both low-volume and mass production projects.
