3-Way Pipe Steel Mold
This is a custom 738H steel mold we designed specifically for PP three-way pipes. The mold dimensions are 1981mm x 700mm x 691mm, with a weight of 2630KG. It features a single cavity, 3 sliders including a rotating slider, and 3 Merkel oil cylinders for enhanced functionality and precision.

This mold is made from P20 steel with MT11040 surface treatment. It features a 1+1 cavity design with interchangeable inserts for flexible production of part variations, and secondary ejection for smooth, efficient part removal, ensuring precision and durability in producing car headlight base components.
