The texture must be smooth, and customers can choose between smooth and matte. Threads and tight tolerances are hidden by default, as shown in the technical drawings.

Process:
- The parts first undergo machining and deburring.
- Next, the parts must be cleaned using an alkaline or acidic solution. Pretreatment includes iron phosphate for steel, zinc phosphate for galvanized or steel substrates, and a chrome-free treatment for aluminum substrates. The parts are then rinsed with water and dried.
Gloss Level: Matte: 16 to 25 units, Glossy: 80 to 95 units
Color: Black: Should be between RAL 9004 and RAL 9005. White: Must match one of the following Pantone shades: RAL 9003, RAL 9010, RAL 9016.
Coating Thickness: 50μm ~ 150μm.
Part Marking: By default, markings must be applied to fits and tighter tolerances (H7/g6, less than 0.02mm, etc.), threads, etc., as indicated in the technical drawing.
Laser Engraving: Performed after the powder coating process.
