The texture must be smooth, and customers can choose between smooth and matte. Threads and tight tolerances are hidden by default, as shown in the technical drawings.

Process:

  1. The parts first undergo machining and deburring.
  2. Next, the parts must be cleaned using an alkaline or acidic solution. Pretreatment includes iron phosphate for steel, zinc phosphate for galvanized or steel substrates, and a chrome-free treatment for aluminum substrates. The parts are then rinsed with water and dried.
  • Gloss Level: Matte: 16 to 25 units, Glossy: 80 to 95 units

  • Color: Black: Should be between RAL 9004 and RAL 9005. White: Must match one of the following Pantone shades: RAL 9003, RAL 9010, RAL 9016.

  • Coating Thickness: 50μm ~ 150μm.

  • Part Marking: By default, markings must be applied to fits and tighter tolerances (H7/g6, less than 0.02mm, etc.), threads, etc., as indicated in the technical drawing.

  • Laser Engraving: Performed after the powder coating process.
