Our Inspection Standards
Dimensional inspection standard: For the key dimensions indicated on the drawing, select appropriate measuring instruments to inspect and record the specified dimensional data against the valid version of the drawing. For other dimensions (only for compliance verification), only non-conforming data can be recorded. If no key dimensions are marked, the dimension with a decimal point shall be the key dimension.
The appearance inspection standards for prototype and production parts include color, screen printing, surface treatment, appearance, inserts, packaging, etc., which meet the requirements of the drawings. Defects are generally based on the drawings. If not specified in the drawings, refer to the following requirements.

Concave and convex marks/pits/missing corners

The diameter is 1mm and 600mm is allowed to have one place (height or depth is less than 0.2mm), and the silk screen is not allowed to have

The diameter is 1mm and 1 place is allowed in 300mm (height or depth is less than 0.2mm)

The diameter is 1mm and 3 places is allowed in 300mm

Process Defect
|
Trachoma/bright spots/dark spots
|
One dot of 0.10mm×0.10mm is allowed (within the range of 300×300mm), and no one is allowed in the silk screen area.

Two dots of 0.30mm×0.30mm are allowed, more than 50mm apart (within the range of 300×300mm)
|
Two dots of 0.30mm×0.30mm are allowed, more than 50mm apart (within the range of 600×600mm)
